The head office is located at 66 Avenue Général Leclerc – 94700 Maisons-Alfort, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of the Ile de France under the number SIREN 804239432, hereinafter referred to as “the seller” and managing the site www. tailor-queen.fr and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.tailor-queen.fr hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.
ARTICLE 1: OBJECT
These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between the company TAILOR QUEEN and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.tailor-queen.fr. The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to his order. As part of a tailor-made request, the general conditions of sale are reminded to the buyer when the quote is submitted.
Before any transaction, the buyer declares on the one hand that the purchase of products on the site www.tailor-queen.fr is not directly related to his professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use and on the other hand to have full legal capacity, allowing it to engage under these general conditions of sale.
Any other use, in particular within the framework of a reproduction, constitutes an infringement without the prior authorization of the Company TAILOR QUEEN.
TAILOR QUEEN is a trademark registered with the National Institute of Intellectual Property.
TAILOR QUEEN retains the option of modifying these conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or with the aim of improving the use of its site. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.
ARTICLE 2. PRODUCTS
TAILOR QUEEN offers women's suits as well as clothing listed on the www.tailor-queen.fr website within the limits of available stocks.
These products can be pre-ordered. TAILOR QUEEN reserves the right to modify the assortment of products at any time.
Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description containing its main technical characteristics (composition, stock, sizes, advice, etc.). The photographs are as accurate as possible.
The sale of the products presented on the site ww.tailor-queen.fr is intended for all buyers residing in countries which fully authorize the entry into their territory of these products.
ARTICLE 3. SHIPPING AND INSURANCE COSTS
Orders subject to delivery by post are sent by La Poste via COLISSIMO, a delivery service with tracking.
For any delivery, the date of dispatch of the package as well as the tracking number will be communicated to you the same day.
DELIVERY IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE IS FREE FROM 100 EUROS (€) OF PURCHASE INCLUDING VAT.
Below this amount, delivery costs are €8.90.
Products in stock are shipped within 24 to 48 working hours.
This does not include the COLISSIMO delivery time of between 2 and 5 days as an indication.
DELIVERY RATES DOM -TOM
The delivery costs for the DOM-TOM are 11.90 euros including tax.
Delivery costs are FREE from 180 euros (€) of purchase including tax.
DELIVERY RATES EUROPE
For all countries of the European Union, delivery costs are 22 euros (€).
Shipping is provided by La Poste, with an indicative delivery time of 3 to 8 days.
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD DELIVERY
For the rest of the world, delivery costs are charged (subject to quote for the American continent and Asia) at 29 euros (€).
The most suitable carrier will be communicated in advance by quote.

INSURANCE
In the event of loss or damage to the package, La Poste will reimburse you up to 23 euros (shipping costs included) for any order equal to or less than 100 euros including tax.
Insurance is included for all orders between 100 and 300 euros including tax, guaranteeing compensation up to 150 euros excluding tax, in the event of damage or loss of the package.
For orders over 300 euros including tax, compensation in the amount of 450 euros excluding tax will be provided by La Poste in the event of damage or loss of the package.
TAILOR QUEEN declines all responsibility in the event of loss or damage to the package. However, every precaution will be taken when packing to protect your item(s) from any risk of damage.
In the event of a problem upon receipt, the customer must contact the Post Office directly.
ARTICLE 4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The return is FREE for any order made on the site www.tailor-queen.fr, within 14 clear days from the delivery of his order.
Delivery costs are also reimbursed (except for countries outside Metropolitan France).

If your return is accepted and you are based in France, we will organize the shipment and send you a return slip, together with instructions on how and when to collect it.
After verification of the returned products, and if their condition complies with the conditions mentioned below, we will precede with a refund which will be effective within 7 to 10 days according to the deadlines of the banking establishment.
Only products returned as a whole will be taken back, unused, labeled, in perfect condition for resale, packed in their complete original packaging (tailor's covers if there are any).
Any product that has been damaged and/or worn will not be taken back, exchanged or refunded.
ARTICLE 5. EXCHANGE
The easiest way to exchange is to return the previous item. Once the return has been accepted, we will send you a payment link to pay the delivery costs only (except in the case where the total purchase amount exceeds €100, the delivery costs are FREE).
